1. Your advert and/or enhanced listing will appear for the period agreed or until notice of cancellation is received from you. We require 30 days written notice of cancellation.
2. No refunds can be made should you decide to terminate the agreement before the end of the contracted period.
3. It is your responsibility to check the accuracy of the final advert/enhanced listing.
a. It is your responsibility to ensure that any material submitted to helpiammoving.com does not include any offensive language; criminal or otherwise unlawful materials and that you warrant that all necessary consents and copyrights have been cleared.
b. We reserve the right to make an additional charge for any alterations or corrections necessary.
c. Helpiammoving.com does not accept any inaccurate infomation in your submitted form and accepts the details to be filled in as true.
4. Helpiammoving.com does not accept any responsibility for any errors, omissions or subsequent losses however caused.
5. Helpiammoving.com reserves the right to refuse any advert/enhanced listing for whatever reason.
6. Helpiammoving.com reserves the right to alter pricing without prior notice.
7. Payment is required in full prior to an advert/enhanced listing being placed within the website. With a payment made by cheque the advert/enhanced listing will be placed once the cheque has cleared.
8. Helpiammoving.com reserve the right not to display an advert/enhanced listing until full payment is received.
a. Helpiammoving.com reserves the right to revoke any advert if more than 3 complaints are made about the services of an advertising company. Helpiammoving will however advise the company concern about any complaints that have been made about their services.
9. Helpiammoving.com will do it's utmost to provide continuous service, however from time to time updates and repairs to the site may occur which will be corrected at such times that will cause the least inconvenience possible. We will not be liable for any loss, or any other consequence, arising from service interruptions, technical faults, software faults, however caused.
